store listing feels outdated it needs to be updated with localization in mind

The idea is to create a special tab that lists those patrons who wished to be non-anonymous and their tiers. This tab would probably take the place of bans or stats, and these two would be combined into one tab. Need to rework english locale and rework a lot of parts of the code which are translated but not via language file (hints, changelogs, welcome info, etc). Then add support for a localization platform like crowdin or weblate so that users could submit translations in their languages.
